8 - HARVEY, "The Woods.", Sculpture, Sculpture class, 2012
This project was for my sculpture class. The assignment was to create a sculpture with cardboard. My idea comes from a song by Bon Iver - "Woods". The other meaning behind the artwork is to think about where the material comes from. Trees, forests, nature in general. I wanted that meaning to be the emphasis of the project and make people stop and actually think about the world around us and what it consists of.
